Shipping methods
We provide both standard and express shipping to all the areas we cover. Opting for our express shipping method allows you to receive the order within 2 to 14 working days, depending our your location. Meanwhile, with standard shipping, it will take 10-18 working days to reach your location.
Express shipping to free for all our customers at a minimum purchase of $149.

Once you place the order, we ship it within 24 to 72 hours. Once the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email address that you can click to see the current location of your shipment.

Reshipment Policy
Free reshipment is offered in cases of damaged or wrongful delivery of products. Customers must initiate the reshipment request within seven days of accepting the product.
Shipping Address
Customers are required to provide their valid name, billing, and shipping address, including landmarks and other relevant details if needed. We request you recheck your address before placing the order, or we won’t be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery of the product.
Customers need to clearly provide their address to be eligible for a refund or reshipment under the condition of late delivery of the product.
