Take 20mg of Winstrol daily for the first two weeks, followed by 25mg daily for the next four weeks.

For experts
You can take a maximum of 100mg of Winstrol per day for an upcoming competition. Generally, an advance cycle includes 50mg/day for four weeks and 100mg/day for the final two weeks. Do not exceed the cycle of more than eight weeks.

Take 50mg of Anadrol per day for the first three weeks, followed by 75mg per day for the next three weeks.
Take Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) 20-40mg daily, fish oil 4g/day, and TUDCA 500mg daily for six weeks.
PCT: Take 200 IU HCG every other day for 20 days and Clomid 100mg daily for 30 days as your post-cycle therapy.
Winstrol and Anavar Cycle
Take Winstrol 20mg daily for two weeks, followed by 25mg daily for the next four.
Take 15mg of Anavar per day for three weeks and 20mg per day for the next three.
